Payment is due at the time of service. Dr. Ogilvie prefers check or cash but accepts all major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Health Savings Accounts.
Returned Check Fee: There is a $25 returned check fee for each returned check.
Appointment Cancellation / Lateness: Dr. Ogilvie schedules one client at a time. If you arrive late you will still be charged for the full time allotted. Any cancellations within 24 hrs of the scheduled visit will be charged a flat fee of $35.
Insurance: Dr. Ogilvie does not take any insurance. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance company and submit any claims. Many clients are able to be reimbursed or use funds in their Health Savings Accounts to pay for visits.

Initial Office Visit: $200 per hour (Office Visits are generally 1 hour)
Follow ups: $100 per half hour (Follow-ups are generally 30 min - 1 hour)
